Can I track my order?Yes! All our shipments are fully tracked. You’ll receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

What if my item arrives damaged or with a fault?We deeply care about the quality of your experience. If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll happily send a free replacement. Just contact us within 14 days, and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly. You can read our full Returns Policy.

Can I use a Di Fiori gift card online?Absolutely. Just enter your gift card code on the basket or checkout page before completing your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?We’ll do our best to help, but once your order enters production, it's processed automatically and quickly by our print partners — which means changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us ASAP at support@difiori.com and we’ll check the status for you.

How long will my Giclée print last?Our Giclée prints are made using archival inks and premium paper, ensuring a lifespan of 100–200 years in ideal conditions. We use UV-resistant acrylic (Perspex) in our frames to protect your art, though we recommend avoiding direct sunlight to preserve the vibrancy.

Will I receive the artwork in cm or inches?We produce and ship prints in either centimetres or inches, depending on the location of the print lab handling your order: 🇪🇺 Europe → cm 🇬🇧 UK → cm 🇺🇸 USA → inches 🇦🇺 Australia → inches This ensures your print arrives in the standard format for your region, making it easier to frame locally.

What kind of hanging fixture comes with the frame?All framed artworks come ready to hang. Depending on the size and production location, your frame will either come with a sawtooth hanger or be fully strung. No tools or guesswork needed — just hang and enjoy.
