Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can — as long as production hasn't started. Once a piece enters our automated fulfillment process and is scheduled with our shipping partners, we may not be able to intercept it. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to stop the order and issue a full refund. However, cancellations after production has started cannot be guaranteed.
Refund Policy - The Basics
My item didn’t arrive, arrived damaged, or was incorrect
While we work closely with trusted courier partners and ensure careful handling at every step, occasional mishaps can occur. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we're truly sorry — and we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We'll send a replacement free of charge. If possible, include clear photos of the issue to help speed up the process.
If you prefer a refund for an incorrect item, we’re happy to arrange that — we’ll even cover the return shipping.
For orders undelivered due to issues like an incomplete address or not collecting the parcel in time, we can reship the item once shipping costs are covered by the customer.
I changed my mind after ordering
No problem. If you decide the artwork isn’t right for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll provide return instructions. Items must be in original condition — unused, unmarked, and in their original packaging.
As a small independent brand, we kindly ask customers to cover return shipping on unwanted items. For framed artworks or exchanged items, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked delivery service. Please note that purchases made as part of a Mystery Box promotion are not eligible for return or refund. Gift card purchases will be refunded as store credit.
Returns involving Referral Rewards
We love when you share Di Fiori with friends! Orders made through our referral program can be returned under the same policy as regular items. However, if there's clear misuse (like self-referral or manipulation of discounts), we reserve the right to decline the refund. This helps us keep the program fair and generous for everyone.
